Hispanic Heritage Month 2024 began on Sept. 15, and Albany International Academy celebrated on Friday with their annual Hispanic Heritage Parade.

Albany International Academy is home to the Dual Language and the Newcomer programs. Younger students at the school marched around the block bordering school through a throng of cheering older students, community members, family members and well-wishers.
Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.
